Information for Book Exhibitors

Approved scholary presses, academic programs, and non-profit organisations may apply for booth spaces on a first-come, first-served basis until spaces are filled.  The deadline to apply for a booth is 31 May 2019.

Each pre-assembled 2.4m wide x 1.2m deep booth includes:

  • one complimentary conference registration,
  • 4m high x 2.4 wide back wall in black,
  • two 2.4m high x 1.2 m wide side walls in black,
  • one 1.8m trestle table draped,
  • two folding chairs,
  • 1-2 line ID sign with booth number, and
  • Velcro/stickydots for affixing promotional material*

Pricing:

The cost for a booth at the book exhibition is NZ$600 + GST** (i.e., $690 GST inclusive) which includes one complimentary conference registration.

Location:

Lower S block foyer.

Setup and Packdown:

Exhibitors may set up between 2pm-6pm on Tuesday 25 June and 11am-5pm Wednesday 26 June.

The exhibit hall will be open until 3pm on Saturday 29 June and exhibitions must be dismantled by 5pm.

Parking:

Daily parking is free (Volunteers will direct you to parking set aside for NAISA)

*Affixing promotional material to display walls can only be done with Velcro tape/sticky dots.  Walls will not take pins or staples. Velcro tape/sticky dots will be provided for each booth.
