Approved scholary presses, academic programs, and non-profit organisations may apply for booth spaces on a first-come, first-served basis until spaces are filled. The deadline to apply for a booth is 31 May 2019.

The cost for a booth at the book exhibition is NZ$600 + GST** (i.e., $690 GST inclusive) which includes one complimentary conference registration.
Displaying Books etc WITHOUT a Representative Present:
Presses may purchase a booth as per normal (one booth can serve multiple presses if organised by the presses themselves)

Setup and Packdown:
Exhibitors may set up between 2pm-6pm on Tuesday 25 June and 11am-5pm Wednesday 26 June.
The exhibit hall will be open until 3pm on Saturday 29 June and exhibitions must be dismantled by 5pm.

Daily parking is free (Volunteers will direct you to parking set aside for NAISA)
